We all know that all search engines use complex algorithms and calculations to define their serps and rankings. (ok its ours not their) But none of them ever seem to share their true algorithms, there is always this debate going on between webmasters to determine what how it actually works and what is important from the seo point of view.  Based on the opinions of many seo and web masters is this summary containing 5 points that are definitely going to affect your serps..

  • Not every but some of the visible HTML text on your pages should contain your keywords.  Content should be relevant and keyword density should be less than 30%
  • Lower the outbound links on your page, higher will be your serps. Similarly higher the number of inbound links (quality and high pr) higher will be your rankings.
  • Use different anchor text while being linked other high pr pages.
  • Older the domain better will be your…..
  • All other factors like meta tags, images, seo friendly urls come after this and are important as well so you just cant ignore them.
