You can get a .com for as low as $5.99 which I believe is the lowest at the moment. (please leave a comment if you know of any other who cheaper - always good to save a few bucks here and there )

You can try GPT sites (get paid to)where they will ask yoiu to complete offers andpay for the same. But you will requre a credit card and vcc wont work on most of them.
