However in case of sponsored reviews it requires me to bid on oppurtunities which I am notified of whenever there is one however it is more advisable to login every day since the oppurtunties are far more and they cant possibly send you an email notification for all them however you do receive an email when your bid gets accepted. There are no pr restrictions atleast not now but your blog should a quality one to be approved. No spammy content sites please.
